Abstract: | The Inter-Yeshiva Student Council was founded in the 1940s through the guidance of Rabbi Shraga Feivel Mendlowitz. The Council was a voluntary organization made up of students and alumni from the major Talmudical Seminaries in New York to promote Jewish education. The collection consists of a pamphlet advocating for a Yeshiva high school education (1951), and a directory of boys, girls, and co-ed Yeshiva high schools in the United States (circa 1960). | ||
