 Abstract:  The Irgun Zvai Leumi (IZL) was a Jewish defense organization founded in Palestine in 1931 by former members of the mainstream Haganah who took a more militant approach to violence against Jews and carried out armed reprisals against Arabs and, beginning in 1939, against the British Mandatory government. The collection consists of publications, announcements, memos and a political cartoon related to and published by the IZL, as well as a scrapbook created by an unknown IZL member.
